Learn what it takes to be casting ready and model fit! This intensive 4 part fitness experience lead by top Wilhelmina Fitness Models includes a morning yoga session, two high energy body sculpting classes and a seminar lead by Wilhelmina fitness agents and industry experts. If you’re an aspiring model or just desire those lean, toned muscles that models are known for, the Wilhelmina Fitness Models Bootcamp is for you!

Being model fit requires a healthy diet, strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, balance and model posture. This 4 part series will get you casting ready and model fit with a Wilhelmina All-Level Power Vinyasa Yoga class that will help develop your stance with flowing poses and sequences that are linked to movement. The strength building, muscle sculpting Dance Agility and Sports Training bootcamp classes will help to improve your overall athleticism and confidence level. The day will conclude with an informative panel discussion on how to become a fitness model, hosted by fitness experts, top fitness agents and Wilhelmina Fitness Models.
